Mike Hoffmaster Named Director of Business Development

We are pleased to announce that Mike Hoffmaster is the new director of business development for OBIC. In this role, Hoffmaster is responsible for helping OBIC grow its network of certified installers, exploring new business opportunities, and building the company’s global brand.

This makes him uniquely qualified to support our network of local installers, while also helping us grow our global brand.”

Hoffmaster’s experience includes 36 years working in the construction industry, with the last 10 spent focusing on trenchless technology. He has a bachelor’s degree from Shepard University and is the current treasurer for the Mid-Atlantic Society of Trenchless Technology. He also holds membership in the Chesapeake Water Environmental Association, Virginia Water Environmental Association and Water Environmental Federation.

“Having used OBIC products previously in my career, I was already familiar with their high-quality product offering,” he said. “I am excited to join the OBIC team and look forward to helping increase their market share and develop new strategic partnerships.”

Outside of work, Hoffmaster shares his time and talent as a volunteer with Special Olympics and local high school athletics. He also enjoys cooking, traveling and photography.
